Every iSense mattress is made to order at our factory in Springfield, Missouri.

For customers in the contiguous 48 states, your mattress is typically manufactured and delivered within 2 to 4 weeks from the date your order is placed. Delivery is handled by a specialized freight carrier to ensure your mattress arrives safely.

Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska require additional transit time.

Every iSense adjustable mattress includes a 180-Night Comfort Guarantee so you can experience your new bed at home.

We ask that you sleep on your mattress for at least 45 consecutive nights before starting a return. This break-in period allows your body time to adjust and gives you the opportunity to try different firmness levels.

After the 45-night break-in period, you may return your mattress any time during the remaining 135 nights of the trial.

If you decide iSense is not the right fit, we will arrange the pickup and cover the return shipping cost.

Please note: the 180-Night Comfort Guarantee applies to adjustable mattresses only and does not apply to adjustable bases. Mattresses and bases are both covered by our 10-year warranty.
